Pool season is both kids and adults favorite time of the year. Even though pool season is over, it doesn’t mean you have stop enjoying your backyard!

Here we will give you some tips on continuing the fun in your backyard long after pool season has ended.

Add a Firepit

Adding a fire feature to your backyard will not only add a sense of luxury to your poolscape but will encourage more backyard activities during the cooler months. The number one activity during the cooler months set in is roasting marshmallows outside on a fire, making smores with the entire family!

Consider a Pool Enclosure

Having an outdoor and in ground pool means that your pool season will only last the amount of time that weather permits. However, that doesn’t have to be the case with pool enclosures. Having an enclosure will allow you to stretch out the time you enjoy your pool, short of all the benefits of having an indoor pool. The downside to this idea is that it may be a high cost initially, but one that could be offset by the amount of time that you increasingly use your pool throughout the entire year.

Adding an Outdoor Kitchen

An outdoor kitchen is the perfect addition to your poolscape for entertaining! By simply adding some outdoor heating lamps, your outdoor kitchen can quickly become the central hub of fun and family gatherings.

Start Planning for a Pool

Maybe none of the above applies to you because your backyard could use a little work like renovating an old pool, planning on getting a new one or adding a landscape. That’s okay, we’re here to help! Planning for all of the above is perfect to do during the off-season so that come next pool season, you’ll be more than ready!
